The High Speed Communication Board is a 6U cPCI board designed for multi-channel RS422 and configurable Manchester Bi-Phase signal communications. Built around a VIRTEX4 FPGA, the board provides hardware frame formation and data validation with START & END frame identification and Checksum calculation. Data can be recorded through a CF card (up to 8 GB, up to 30 min @ 2 Mb/sec) and downloaded online via USB.
