Avionics Bus Protocols

  • MIL-STD-1553B: 3 Dual-Redundant Channels (BC/RT/MT), Transformer or Direct coupled. Highly autonomous message scheduling.
  • ARINC 429: 8 to 24 Channels (Configurable TX/RX). Supports High (100Kb/s) and Low (12.5Kb/s) bit rates.
  • CCDL: 8 Channels Manchester Bi-Phase communication (1/2/4 Mbps configurable).
  • SPIL (Serial Link): 2 to 8 Channels (Standard INMOS link protocol, up to 10Mbits/sec).

Interface & Connectivity

  • External Bus Interface: 16-bit address/data bus with full control signaling via Rear I/O.
  • Rear I/O Board: Routes all IOs to dual 96-Pin Euro Connectors including MIL1553B, ARINC429, CCDL, and SPIL.
  • Front Panel: Status indicators, Ethernet, JTAG, and USB diagnostics.
