The ADC tester is used in 2nd line maintenance to check the functionality of the Air Data Computer (ADC). This unit is a rugged customized hardware based on full functionality test of ADC. The ADC Tester is a fully automated GO/NOGO tester with full functional testing in 2nd line maintenance. This tester is used to test ADC at unit level and identify faulty Shop Replaceable Units (SRU). It is also used to carry out PI checks on ADC before clearing them for installation on aircraft. The ADC Interface board is designed to test the full functionality of ADC. The Air Data Computer (ADC) test equipment is used for testing ADC of Tejas Aircraft and shall verify functionality against specifications during second line maintenance and pre-installation on the aircraft.
